About Us

I want you to know why I’m passionate about my work. I’m passionate because there is a defeated mom out there in a painful postpartum season who is struggling to believe she will ever be fit again. I’m passionate because there is a dedicated fitness junkie out there who loves to workout, but an injury (that could have been prevented) brings an early death to their gym days. I’m passionate because there is a parent out there who is quickly losing hope and simply needs compassionate, science-based, holistically-focused strength training to brighten their physical future. That’s why I’m passionate and why I do what I do.

I believe my calling in life is to help YOU become self-sufficient and self-compassionate in your fitness journey. I want to inspire healthy, sustainable fitness practices that honor your body’s unique needs. In particular, I desire to empower women to become self-sufficient in their training and self-compassionate during their training. In 2021, I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a focus in Physiology, Neurology, and Behavior. Currently I am working towards a Masters in Healthcare Administration. I have acquired multiple NASM Certifications including CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Group Personal Training Specialist  (GPTS), and I have 10+ years of informal and certified personal training experience (Strength training, stability, mobility). I have spent significant time shadowing and being mentored by licensed chiropractors and have a healthy grip on nutritional/dietary needs for my clients.

While my education and experience is an evidence of how I can professionally serve you in your fitness journey, I want you to know that I personally love and am energized by the idea that YOUR life, health, and fitness can change significantly and be continually better for you and your children. I am always hungry for the latest science-backed studies that increase our understanding of excellent mobility and stability practices, which are two often-overlooked disciplines that I am passionate about helping clients comprehend.

I’m married to the love of my life, Carter, and together we have a beautiful daughter. I’m passionate about my faith, my family, holistic wellness, promoting longevity in physical fitness, anime, and videogames (my husband and I LOVE to game together :) ).
